Time Management (時間管理)

First of all, before you read the whole, please make your own time schedule base of daily activities (your time audit).

HOURS

  • Sleeping
  • Personal care
  • Meals-prep / clean
  • Family
  • Entertainment / Socializing
  • Alone-Relaxing / TV or PC games
  • Exercise / sports
  • Transportation
  • Work
  • Classes
  • Studying

Second, you set 3 goals that are important to you; short, mid and long term.

  1. (short term)
  2. (midterm)
  3. (long term)

Third, the key Q is that: How much time have you set aside each week to meet the goals?

  1. (time for short term)
  2. (time for midterm)
  3. (time for long term)

Next, you try to come up several Qs like followings:

  • Does your schedule reflect your priorities?
  • Can you change it?
  • Where do you have flexibility in you schedule?
  • Can you change your priorities?

Follow the few tips of managing your time will help you to understand and fulfill your plans quickly and efficiently as well।
